Easier to get to since they relocated out of downtown Ferndale and more parking. Friendly staff that will find the answers for your questions.They also have lots of different stones, jewelry, and decor items. While I have not had a reading at the new location, they are done in a more private area. It&#8217;s best to turn into the parking lot off of Woodward Heights street. The store front is facing Goodrich street, but the door for the entrance and the parking is in the back lot off of Woodward Heights. It&#8217;s in the industrial building complex. If you think it&#8217;s the wrong lot, it&#8217;s probably in the right direction then. It&#8217;s in the corner of this L shaped complex. They moved into a larger space from their old spot on 9 mile, it&#8217;s so spacious. They have almost a reception area when you first walk in and to the right is the shopping, the left side is for the tea room.They have a complementary tea for the day and it was an apricot tea tonight. I ended up getting a pot of tea that would need to be steeped, the fairytale tea. Any of the tea leaves in the jars are $2 for them to steep it for you. I ended up buying the tin can of the fairytale tea. It is $14 for a 2.5 ounce tin can of tea. This beautiful blue flowered tea kettle I was about to buy was $48, but my husband always likes to look anything I am about to buy up on amazon to see if he can find the same kettle or whatever item on Amazon before I buy them. He wants to make sure I don&#8217;t overpay. He was able to track down the same kettle and color and style on Amazon for $23.99. It&#8217;s hard to justify paying the $48 after seeing it on Amazon for $23.99. I had take a pass on the kettle. I did buy the can of tea, since the blend is unique here. As we were shopping around, my friend made it apparent to me that the worker had been recording me while shopping around in the store. He had his phone camera out and was recording me and my friend shopping and smelling their fragrances from behind us. I had purchased what was in my basket and exited the store with my 3 friends. While outside, my friend explained how he was recording us the entire time we were shopping. I went inside to speak to the worker about the behavior and he had claimed that the inventory was off so he was recording us in case he needed to show the police. Which was unnecessary because there is a security camera in the store, therefore a phone camera would not be necessary. When the security camera was addressed to the worker, their response was that they didn&#8217;t have time to watch the footage so they took a video on their phone as well. He apologized if it made me uncomfortable. As a young girl, I did find it very uncomfortable to be unaware of being filmed while doing something as simple as shopping. We were not the only individuals in the store at the time either, however the couple with their baby in the store at the time was not being recorded. As a young female I assume that I fit the demographic for an individual that would steal and would therefore be justified by the recording he took of me.
