This is a shop filled with random clutter items, not metaphysical items. You can&#8217;t even look at anything because of the junk on junk. Stuff on top of everything and everywhere. This place is an extreme fire and fall hazard. Hasn&#8217;t been cleaned or swept in years. Was accidentally kicking crap everywhere. Plants that seem to have been dried up bad dead for years in the window. People trying to squeeze past you every two seconds due to the junk. This place is a garbage can. Not a store. The fire Marshall should really pay them a visit. They had the obnoxious and fire hazard exposed lamps right above your head and throughout. Dark and dirty. This place gave me anxiety and I wouldn&#8217;t recommend it in a thousand years to anyone ever. The staff were also incredibly annoying and had horrible language and mouths on them. I get to the store, go to purchase the necklace and again I ask if it&#8217;s real because of the worry I will get a fake. She says &#8221; why wouldn&#8217;t it be &#8221; turns out it was fake. I spent 45 dollars on a piece of glass and I was lied to. While I have been to Yellow Springs many times today was my first trip to the House of Ravenwood. I truly wanted almost one of everything! The jewelry is gorgeous and as someone who is a huge fan of gemstones the selection is truly impressive. They beautiful statues varying from wolves, Buddha&#8217;s, mermaids, witches, foxes, and even cats. There tons of different candles, as well as options for burning sage. They also have a lot of great information on how to properly smudge. There was a line out the door and due to social distancing guidelines they are limiting the amount of people allowed in at a time which was much appreciated. It was also well worth the wait! We ended up picking up the most lovely and unique gifts. The staff were also super friendly and helpful. At that time me and my friend were just bummed since this was preplanned and my friend was only in town the weekend. I reached out the next day and requested another appointment for later on Sat since my friend had a.m. plans. \u00a0Ann came back with one appointment time in early afternoon. \u00a0When I told her that time wouldn&#8217;t work for us, she said sorry and that was it. \u00a0While I didn&#8217;t expect her to come to my house, I did expect her to at least try to make it right with us. We really didn&#8217;t even care about a discount. \u00a0Her hours are M-Sat 10-8 and she had no other openings?
