Jamie is the real deal. Goosebumps. Even my mother (who is the queen of skeptics) called it an “amazing” reading.Ms. Collins creates a kind and warm connection with you immediately upon meeting. I lost both my parents within five months of each other in 2018 and the grief was doing me in so I went to a local “psychic fair” in hopes of finding an outlet to communicate with them. As I walked by Jamie Collins’ booth, I overheard part of her reading for someone else. She was very specific and the person getting the reading was amazed. I tried to sign up for a session time but she was fully booked. I wrote down her contact info and booked online. When it came time for my session, I could not be any more pleased. She is a warm woman and super easy to talk to. She also knew things that were impossible for her to know. Not only did my parents come thru but also my grandfather (who died when I was five) and my mom’s uncle (who was her father figure). This session gave me a great deal of comfort from my grief and I will definitely be going back to her.

I highly recommend that if you have never had an astrological reading you choose a natal chart reading first. Cindy was AMAZING! .. I will have to follow up with a yelp review after early spring 2018 as the questions I had pertain to that time frame. I was so excited to find this store existed! I needed some supplies and prefer to shop local, but I wasn’t sure how cost effective it would be on a budget. I realllly did not want to go the Amazon route but I did want to compare prices. There was NO comparison! Not only are the prices reasonable, but the quality, quantity, variety, and my favorite of all-the customer-service made this a slam dunk! And I could have it right then and there! There was a line waiting for the doors to open right at noon! I got to touch the crystals, pick the perfect bundles of palo santo, sage, incense, and other metaphysical finery; I even got to purchase the tarot I knew was perfect for me. And the vibes… all good feelings! I probably need a second job because I cannot wait to go back to Aquarius and give them all of my money!

Checked this place out for the first time today and I must say I’m very disappointed and shocked. This is mostly because of the extreme price gouging as well as a few other things i’ll explain below. We stopped in specifically to buy crystals and check out their collection. For context, I am seasoned when it comes to pricing at many different crystal shops, whether it be metaphysical or straight from the mines/wholesalers, having been to shops on both ends of the spectrum. I’m aware that shops are able to charge more for crystals when they associate the metaphysical meanings with them, this is common. However, the pricing here is absolutely ridiculous and exploitative which was very disappointing. PRICING: I was only able to take a few pics but I will provide some examples: The tumbles we’re the least offensive price-wise. Ranging from $1-$15 (not including the tumbles behind the glass counters which were even worse). But even those were priced highly compared to average market prices. They had the tiniest chips, i’m talking smaller than your pinky nail, of crystals like pink tourmaline, citrine, moonstone etc, for $3 a piece. It’s insanity. Even more shocking was the clear quartz tumbles and points, FIFTEEN ($15) a PIECE. Literal insanity for one of the most affordable and basic crystals. I was able to find a few that were reasonable enough to buy so it wasn’t a total miss with the tumbles. Just left a bad taste in my mouth. They had very small palm stones for $15 each which was very high as well. Even worse though, the larger crystals that were locked up in glass cases: The pricing was 100% unethical and most definitely price gouging. 10x worse than the tumbles. For a SMALL malachite sphere $220!!!!! TWO HUNDRED TWENTY! You can get these in the same size for $40-$70 at any crystal shop online and even cheaper at other in-person stores.. It’s horrible. I was so shocked because i’d read some of the positive reviews before hand that stated reasonable pricing, absolutely NOT! The rest of their crystals were priced similarly, mostly hundreds+ over average market price. I truly hope that inexperienced customers can see this review and avoid being duped and exploited by the price gouging. I would recommend you avoid it completely. IS IT ETHICAL?: Short answer, NO. They had white sage, palo santo and other items that are closed practices that belong to indigenous cultures. It’s harmful and disrespectful to profit off of these items. This is a major red flag for any metaphysical store.Additionally, I saw multiple fake crystals. One of the easiest to spot were the “malachite” bracelets. They were dull with visible black striping, a an obvious sign of a fake. Never ever buy malachite if there’s black! I included a pic of this. They had a huge selection of books, tarot cards, incense, altar cloths, candles and jewelry. But I didn’t look into it much or check any of the pricing, so I don’t have a valuable opinion on that. I’d assume if you’re willing to shell out the cash, they probably have what you need. I didn’t experience any of the hounding or aggressive selling tactics from the employees. In fact, they fully didn’t acknowledge us the entirety of the time we were there. No greeting or anything. But we didn’t mind. I will say, the lady who checked us out was friendly. All in all, I will not be returning to this place. It’s clear whoever owns/manages this place is 100% in it for the profit and nothing else. The prices were insane and there were multiple, major red flags. Shop at your discretion, and before buying any of their crystals, do a quick search on etsy or your fav online crystal shop to compare the prices!

My daughter is newly obsessed with crystals and has fallen in love with this place. I went with her one day and I admit I was expecting some sort of dark creepy dungeon-like place and Aquarius is not like that at all!! It’s bright and very, very clean. The staff was so lovely and welcoming. And they know their stuff! They told us about their products and were so eager to share their knowledge. They have sooooo many crystals to choose from- all extremely well organized, in all different sizes and price points. Most of them have descriptions about them and if they don’t, the staff can offer info on them. They have a huge jewelry selection, some beautiful clothing, a fairly large kid’s toy section, and a large room filled with books for sale. Anything you want regarding metaphysical/pagan/Wicca, etc. is available here. Such a fun store!!

This place is insane. From the people that work there all the way to the prices. I visited a day ago and the vibe in the store is horrible. One red flag considering it’s a crystal store. I was definitely racially profiled by an old ass white lady. Her vibe was definitely giving very dense, passive aggressive and racist. I could not breathe without her coming up to me breathing on my neck, like at that point she might’ve hoped on my back for a piggy ride. Every three mins the lady walks up and ask if I need help. Obviously I don’t need help that often if I didn’t tell her yes to the offer the first time. I also noticed her male coworker go up to a black couple and tell them to stop touching things, what’s running a store if people can’t touch items?? Running customers out the door. It seem like they only want white people in there, this isn’t the first time I’ve had this experience. I went back in 2020 had this exact experience but I thought I’d give it another chance with it being three years later but I guess not. Seems like this store needs to be placed in a hick trump town and not the diverse area of Westport!! Zeros across the board. I give one star on her bc I have to but I most deff would rate -100.

This place is awful, avoid coming here. There is an old female that goes around yelling and harrasing you, according to her and maybe the management marketing to make you buy more crap. Anyway, she goes around yelling and following you, like you are going to shoplift and runaway with something. I read in another review that the manager or whoever answer the reviews justify this erratic behavior by saying that this crazy is autistic… like there is no teraphy and meds and some exorcism too. The atmosphere is like of necromancy instead of light, and you leave drained from this place.The crystals and products in general are very expensive, compared with other stores form the same category in the area.

Wonderful staff. I’ve been to several new age stores by now but this one left a strong impression on me. Warm energy abounds from the store and the staff. I felt instantly welcomed into their space and they were very helpful, from helping me find the tarot card section to walking me and my partner back to our car after closing.As a tarot collector I was impressed by the wide variety of cards they had in stock. Titles I had only seen online – The Wild Unknown, The Linestrider Tarot, etc- were there. Most places just sell basic tarot decks and a minimal selection at that. Their tarot selection fills an entire wall although not many tarot books to come by. . However, they have a lot of other books, more than anywhere else I’ve been.The crystals and gems they sell are fine quality as well, especially so the Lapis and Amethysts .The store is big and they have a lot to offer. Deity statues, incense, and beautiful singing bowls to name a few.

You guys. I’m mostly mad at myself for fucking up so badly here. This lady had me walk fifteen minutes to her other location, had clearly just woken up from a nap, had me sit on her couch while she checked her phone every five minutes, told me the most generic BULL SHIT, I mean if you’re going to lie to me at least PRETEND like you know what the fuck you are talking about. Then to top off her unprofessionalism she had me go buy her beer?? I did it all. I bought her beer, then left her fucking money. I paid this woman to waste twenty minutes of my time. Traci is first and foremost, honest which sadly so many people in this business are not. I’ve had three different readings with her. Each one has been special. The most recent one, I wanted to connect with my parents and my ex husband- she did. However, she did more than that. She could tell that I’m not in a good place and rather than go down a path that wouldn’t be very helpful, she spent time giving me ideas about how to get real help. She really cares about you as a person.

Traci did a private reading for me recently and I loved having an opportunity to hear from loved ones that have passed. Her suite in the Livestock Exchange Building in the West Bottoms is cozy and welcoming. She was very clear about what to expect and how to get the most out of the reading. It was an awesome experience that I will treasure. I would definitely do it again!

She’s fake and extremely rude!!! Did not get one single thing correct; she threw out endless names that did not resound with me whatsoever (I guess I’m at an advantage because I’m ethnic) and I still tried but SHE was the one that got her own self frustrated and told me she couldn’t work with me, as if it’s my fault. Wow. If you’re truly working with Spirit I’m positive you would not treat me or anyone else that way. She offered to continue with the psychic reading and when I asked her will you be able to if you’re saying your not able to work with me she pretty much said no and that she’ll refund me half instead and that I was taking up HER time (at the 20 min mark). When I told her that she hung up on me. How painful to open your heart to connect with loved ones and truly try your best to be open and still be treated this way. I truly don’t believe she is a medium or a psychic. She’s a con artist!!! Stay away!!! Karma will get her for being a rude fake.

I have had the opportunity to host 2 group readings in my home by Traci Bray, Medium, with the most recent just last month. Traci is a gifted and accurate medium, everyone at the group reading received a gift by way of contact from a loved one who has passed. Traci is thorough and accurate . Her delivery is kind and thoughtful and we shared laughs and tears but everyone left feeling lighter and relieved. I have also had the pleasure of sitting with her for a personal reading, the advice, wisdom and insight she provided was welcomed and she was spot on with regard to some personal history. I feel blessed to have been in her presence and look forward to many more meetings with her.

I had a private reading with Traci a couple of years ago. She is a highly tested medium so I felt she would be a good investment. The reading was excellent. One of the odd things I asked her about was at certain times the fork I get at a restaurant has a bent tine. It happens repeatedly within a short span of time and I thought it was someone on the other side communicating with me. I had a sense of who it might be but I just asked Traci if she could tune into that and give me whatever she might pick up. She said the person was connected to Ohio, was older, that her marriage to her husband was contentious at times. I recognized it perfectly and it was, in fact, exactly the person that I had thought it might be. This still happens periodically and I always know who is coming to say hello. People who are ignorant of psychics try to tell you they are guessing. Well, a thousand people guessing would never have known these details. Traci is a positive, delightful person and is definitely the real deal.

I would give a negative rating if i could. For over 100 $ she could have know at least something. I had so much she could have known about me just me. I have had two of my three children passed away in The Last 5 Years she had no idea she told me my child that died just this February of 2016 was going to go to France. I have also had three brain surgeries and I have epilepsy I asked her about my health and all she said was have I ever broke a bone then I would get arthritis in it anymore on nose you will get arthritis if you broke a bone you can Google that and find that out. Also I was in a domestic violence situation and my soon-to-be-ex-husband that I have filed divorce from I sent to prison on my domestic violence case she did not know that either. She did not know anything about me do not ever waste your money on this woman it was a scam and a bunch of bull she spouted nothing but crap. I would hate to see anyone else waste their money and time especially when they had such high hopes like I did to hear from my children. And I had to sit there and listen to her telling me lies and Bs about a child that just died in February was going to go to France in his future knowing that it was Bull because there were other people there so I did not want to ruin their experience but that was so frustrating that I could not just tell her how full of it she was please do not waste your time on her.

When I met Liz I was practicing the spiritual path of a yoga lineage, and I engaged in Buddhist practice with her. Liz led a medicine ceremony and I received a baptism from her in 2020. I had some reservation to Christianity due to what I experienced growing up. What changed my life was a direct experience with Jesus during a recent health scare in the hospital. I am now baptized and confirmed in the Catholic church, and devoted to my personal path. My work has evolved and I moved to a new area; my life is growing for the good. After encountering Liz Harlow, I want to express my deep gratitude. I felt Liz genuinely cared as she drew me into my feelings and my body.
